The experience was so much more than I ever could have imagined. I will carry it with me for the rest of my life.”

Course dates 25th-28th June 2016 – Book a place

Tutors David Elias and Heli Gittins

Course cost  £480- £520

Overview

The awareness, compassion and wisdom cultivated through mindfulness practice has much to offer in nature. This retreat will be an opportunity to experience ourselves in the natural world and so connect with a sense of our place in it. Using mindfulness meditation practices, periods of solitude and silence, times for group reflection and sharing, we will endeavour to 'wake up' to the beauty and richness of the wild world in this lovely corner of Snowdonia. Much of this retreat will be out of doors in the grounds.

Location

Trigonos is a beautiful place for retreat and learning, set in the Nantlle valley in North Wales at the foot of Snowdon (about 40 minute drive from Bangor). Food is delicious, home prepared and whenever possible using vegetables and IMG_1378salads grown organically on the premises.  Extra nights accommodation in Trigonos are usually available before or after the courses and can be booked separately with Trigonos (Website www.trigonos.org  number: 01286882388  email: info@trigonos.org)

“An amazing and fantastic 4 days having the space and time to deeply connect with nature in a beautiful place. Both deeply healing and calming providing the opportunity to simply observe the beauty of nature and our rightful place within it. I've come away with a deeper understanding of how it surrounds us and nurtures us at all times even when we forget that the very air we breath is all part of nature. Would love to do more. Thanks Sholto and David it truly was a profound experience for me.”
