Eight week Mindfulness Course
This 9 week course will take place on Monday evenings in the Pay as you Feel Cafe in Bethesda, starting on Monday 26th September
Mindfulness is a way of learning to live our lives with more awareness and present moment focus, rather than worrying about a past we can’t change or a future that hasn’t happened yet, supporting us to flourish. The benefits are well researched and can include decreased worry and stress, increased contentment and improved health and well-being.
Through this 9 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme and daily home practice during the course you will learn to bring mindfulness into your daily life. Trainer Heli Gittins trained with Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice and regularly participates in ongoing training, local teacher networks and supervision.

Monday 10.10 – 8.12 (not 21.11) 18:00 – 20:30 8 x sessions
Sat 19th November All day Session A day of mindfulness practice
Cost: The course will be £150 to include materials (25% discount if in receipt of benefits/low wage)
