Overview

This one day course offers the chance to explore the practice of present moment awareness in the outdoors.  The day will combine guided mindfulness practices and silent walking which will provide the opportunity to notice and become more fully aware of our experience in each moment. There will also be time for reflection and inquiry during the day to explore how you are getting on with the practices. The course is suitable for people who have experience with mindfulness practice as well as those who are new to it, as what we will be exploring is a natural human capacity for awareness which is accessible to all. The days begin at 10 am and finish at 5 pm and we encourage lift shares where possible. 

 Course costs:  £40 per day (concessions available)
