Three days spent in a stunning and remote part of Snowdonia wild camping and engaging with mindfulness practice in this dramatic landscape.

Returning to the simplicity of just being in this environment, along with guided meditation practices  allowed us to settled and connect more deeply with the momentary experience of  the senses and  the wilderness and nature around us.  The fine weather granted us with the opportunity to swim in cool mountain lakes and watch the sun setting over the mountains of Snowdonia.

A deeply nourishing experience was had by all and an aspiration to carry some of this stillness forward as we return to our daily lives.
